1. As a liaison between various department and relevant parties, internal and external; to compile and provide accurate, valid and complete information about products and services, including the training arrangement, that are needed to handle customer enquiries and complaints.
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with various department and relevant parties, through open and interactive communication
3. Monitor and evaluate all incoming enquiries & issues, identifying and assessing information and recommendation needed to achieve customer satisfaction; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Evaluate all weekly and monthly metrics, including the gap between sales target and sales actual and analyze all continuous improvement plan and prepare reports and updates accordingly.
5. Effectively communicating business insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies accordingly
